Step 1: (Praise and Worship)
Praise and worship with the following Psalms one at a time each day.

Step 2: (Confession of Faith)

Heavenly Father, I confess I believe;
Thou art the Creator of the world and everything in it.
Thou art light. There is no darkness in Thee. Thou art love. Thou art Life. 
Thou shewed us(me) Thy unfailing love by sending Thy one and only Son into 
the world that we(I) might live through him. It is not that we(I) love Thee, but 
that Thou lovedst us(me) and sentest your Son as an atoning sacrifice for 
our(my) sin through the sufferings on the Cross. I love, praise and exalt Jesus 
Christ who is my Saviour and the Lord of my life. In the name of Jesus. Amen.


 
Step 3: (Confession of Sins and Repentance)

O LORD, forgive me my trespasses and strengthen me to stay off such sins as
described in the Bible: "The acts of sinful nature is obvious- sexual immorality, 
impurity, debauchery, idolatry and witchcraft, hatred, discord, jealousy, 
fits of rage, selfish ambition, dissensions, factions, envy, drunkeness, 
orgies, wickedness, evil doing, greed, depravity, murder, strife, deceit, 
malice, gossip, slander, god-hatred, insolent, arrogant, boastful, disobeying 
one's parents, senseless, faithless, heartless, ruthless, and so on."
I confess I am so weak as not to avoid such obvious sins.
I confess I committed sins: ( ), ( ), ( )...
I know that, if I confess my sins, thou art faithful and just to forgive 
me my sins and to cleanse me from all unrighteousness. 
As I seek Thy mercy and love, forgive me all my transgressions.

O LORD, rebuke me not in thine anger, 
neither chasten me in thy hot displeasure. 
Have mercy upon me, O LORD; 
for I am weak: O LORD, heal me; 
for my bones are vexed.

but thou, O LORD, how long? 
Return, O LORD, deliver my soul: 
oh save me for thy mercies' sake. 
For in death there is no remembrance of thee:

Step 4: (For Spiritual Growth)
Based on Ephesians 1 & 3 [KJV]

O heavenly Father of glory, the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, 
Give unto me the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge 
of Thee: The eyes of my understanding being enlightened; 
that I may know what is the hope of Thy calling, and 
what the riches of the glory of Thy inheritance in the saints, 
And what is the exceeding greatness of Thy power to us-ward 
who believe, according to the working of Thy mighty power, 
Which Thou wroughtst in Christ, 

I bow my knees unto Thee, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, 
Of whom the whole family in heaven and earth is named, 
That Thou wouldst grant me, according to the riches of Thy glory, 
to be strengthened with might by Thy Spirit in the inner man; 
That Christ may dwell in my heart by faith; 
that I, being rooted and grounded in love, 
May be able to comprehend with all saints what is the breadth, 
and length, and depth, and height; 
And to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, 
that I might be filled with all the fulness of God. 
Now unto Thee that art able to do exceeding abundantly above all 
that I ask or think, according to the power that worketh in me, 
Unto Thee be glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout all 
ages, world without end. In the name of Christ Jesus, Amen.



Step 5: (Intercession)
Put the name(s) in brackets whom you want to intercess for 
about his/her spiritual growth or restoration.

Step 6:(For All Matters in Life)
Based on the Lord's Prayer and Psalm 23

O Lord, my Father which art in heaven! 
Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. 
Thy kingdom come to me. Thy kingdom be forcefully 
advancing to me. Strengthen me enough to lay hold of it.
How can I dare to claim this? Thank Thee, my Lord, Jesus. 
Thank Thee for Thy grace to have justified me to claim this.
Make me dwell in the house of the Lord now and ever.
Thy will be done on earth and in me as it is in heaven.
Peace, love, grace, mercy, blessing, abundance, prosperity, 
healing, health, replenishment, atonement, joy and goodness 
be given and done on earth and in me as it is in heaven.
Give me this day my daily bread, physical and spiritual.
Forgive me my debts as I forgive my debtors.
Lead me not into temptation, but deliver me from evil.
Lead me beside the still waters. Guide me in the paths of 
righteousness. Though I walk through the valley of the shadow 
of death I will fear no evil as I know Thou art with me. 
I know Thou preparest a table before me in the presence 
of my enemies and anointest my head with oil so that my cup 
runneth over. Thank Thee my Lord for Thy unfailing love.
Threrfore, I proclaim Thy unfailing love. 
I proclaim Thy mighty strength and power.
I proclaim Thy glory.
I win and overcome the evil and the wicked 
for the one in me is greater than the one out there.
I refuse and disapprove all the evil things around me in Jesus' name.
I disapprove any temptation and wickedness and deceitfulness.
I disapprove hatred, unforgivigness, and depravity, 
I disapprove poverty, austerity, sickness and weakness.
I proclaim as such because I belong to Christ and accordingly
I am Abraham's seed and heir according to the promise.
Therefore I praise Thee My Lord. I exalt Thee, my Father in heaven.
For Thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever.
In the name of Christ Jesus. Amen.


Step 7:(When in suffering, affiliction, distress, infirmity, sickness)
For any person under your spiritual influence such as your
family memebers, friends, relatives and acquaintances, you
may substitute the applicable name for my/me hereunder.

The Bible says:
John 10[KJV]:10The thief cometh not, but for 
to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: 
I am come that they might have life, and 
that they might have it more abundantly. 
11I am the good shepherd: 
the good shepherd giveth his life for the sheep. 
1 Peter 2[KJV]:24Who his own self bare our sins 
in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead 
to sins, should live unto righteousness: 
by whose stripes ye were healed. 
----
O Lord, My Father, I totally trust in these words. 
With faith in this word, I duly declare that my present
suffering, affiliction, distress, infirmity, sickness 
and whatever have been healed. With faith in these words,
I confidently declare by saying, "I vanquish and crush the
enemy, the wicked, the devil, the satan's deceitfulness in
the name of Jesus. I vanquish and crush my present suffering, 
affiliction, distress, infirmity, sickness and whatever in 
the name of Jesus." In the name of Jesus, I command Satan to 
stop gripping on me with your wickedness and get away from 
me immediately. Hallelujah. Honor and glory to Christ Jesus."

Step 8: (For Tithe and Offerings)

O Lord, my Father,
I have found amazing words in the Bible:
2Corinthian 8[KJV]:
"9For ye know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that, 
though he was rich, yet for your sakes he became poor, 
that ye through his poverty might be rich."
2Corinthian 9[KJV]:
"6But this I say, He which soweth sparingly shall reap also sparingly; 
and he which soweth bountifully shall reap also bountifully. 
7Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give; 
not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver. 
8And God is able to make all grace abound toward you; that ye, always 
having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work: 
10Now he that ministereth seed to the sower both minister bread for your food, 
and multiply your seed sown, and increase the fruits of your righteousness;"

Thank Thee for Thy great words being enlightened in me.
In obedience to, and with faith in, these words, I sow 
seed cheerfully with the whole tithe (or an offering) to Thee. 
Please bless this seed and multiply it for Thy glory and 
for Thy name's sake. In the name of Jesus. Amen.


Step 9: (Closing)
Stop for a while. Wait for the Lord to say to you.
Meditate on whatever the Lord says to you 
Obey and adjust your way of life to IT.

O Lord my heavenly Father,
Thank Thee for being with me today.
Thank Thee for hearing my prayer.
Please stay in me long and ever
as it is Thy temple for Thou to stay in.
Say to me in a still small voice.
Lead me in the paths of righteousness 
for Thy name's sake. Thank Thee, Father. 
In the name of Christ Jesus. 
Amen.
